Use declaration
The document by which the buyer confirms in writing the research purpose of the products ordered. Without it, we confirm no order.
Last updated: 15 August 2026
Why we ask for it
The compounds in the catalogue are intended for laboratory research use only. The declaration is how we satisfy ourselves, before dispatch, that the products are going to a registered entity and will be used for that purpose.
It is not a formality: an order without a signed declaration is neither confirmed nor dispatched.
What you declare
By submitting the declaration, as a representative of the purchasing entity, you confirm that:
- The entity you represent is legally registered and its registered activity is compatible with purchasing research compounds.
- You are authorised to bind the entity in commercial dealings.
- The products ordered are intended for laboratory research use only.
- The products will not be administered to humans or animals and will not be used as medicinal products, food supplements, cosmetics or medical devices.
- The products will not be resold to private individuals.
- You will comply with the law applicable in the entity's country of registration, as well as with occupational health and safety rules on handling and storage.
- You will maintain the storage conditions stated for each product, including the cold chain where indicated.
- You acknowledge that Aether Labs provides no dosages, administration protocols or medical advice.
How to submit it
Once you have sent your enquiry and we have verified the entity, we send you the form pre-filled with the order details. You sign it and return it by email or WhatsApp, electronically. No paper document is required.
The declaration covers the order in question. For recurring customers, a framework declaration may be agreed, valid for orders placed within a calendar year.
What we do with it
We retain the declaration as evidence of the terms on which delivery was made, for the duration of the commercial relationship and for three years thereafter. How we process the data it contains is described in the privacy policy.
If the declaration proves inaccurate
Responsibility for the accuracy of the statements made rests with the signatory and the entity represented. A non-compliant declaration entitles us to cancel orders in progress and to decline future orders, without compensation.
