Terms and conditions
The terms under which Aether Labs presents its catalogue and supplies research compounds to registered entities in the European Union.
Last updated: 15 August 2026
1. What this site is
This site is an informational catalogue. It is not an online shop: there is no basket, no payment processing, and no way to place an order directly from the page.
Product information — specifications, presentation, quantity, origin — is published for technical evaluation. Listing a product in the catalogue is not a binding offer and does not guarantee stock availability at the time of enquiry.
2. Who we supply
Aether Labs supplies registered legal entities only: laboratories, clinics, universities, research institutes and companies whose registered activity is compatible with the purchase.
We do not supply private individuals and we do not accept orders placed in a personal capacity. Registered status is verified in public registers before any order is confirmed.
3. Intended use
The compounds in the catalogue are intended for laboratory research use only.
They are not medicinal products and hold no marketing authorisation. They are not intended for administration to humans or animals, and they are not food supplements, cosmetics or medical devices.
Aether Labs does not publish or communicate dosages, administration protocols, therapeutic indications or any claim regarding health effects. We do not provide medical advice. Enquiries of that kind go unanswered.
4. How an order works
An order follows these steps, in order:
- You send us your enquiry by WhatsApp or email, stating the entity's name and tax identification number.
- We verify the entity in the public register of its country of registration.
- You confirm the research purpose in writing, through the use declaration.
- You receive a proforma invoice stating the final price, shipping and lead time.
- Once payment is confirmed, we dispatch the order.
The contract is formed when we confirm the order in writing, not when the enquiry is sent. We reserve the right to decline an order without stating reasons, in particular where verification does not confirm the details provided.
5. Prices and payment
Catalogue prices are stated in euro and are indicative. The binding price is the one stated in the proforma invoice, valid for the period indicated therein.
Displayed prices exclude shipping. VAT treatment depends on the buyer's country of registration and on the validity of its intra-community VAT number.
Payment is made by bank transfer or in cryptocurrency, in full and in advance. Orders enter processing once payment has been confirmed.
6. Shipping
We ship to European Union member states by courier, in insulated packaging with cold packs. A tracking number is provided at dispatch and the batch documentation travels with the parcel.
Stated lead times are estimates and start running from confirmation of payment. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer on delivery to the buyer or to a carrier appointed by the buyer.
7. Receipt, complaints and returns
Parcels must be checked on receipt. Visible damage to the packaging, shortfalls in quantity or a broken cold chain must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs and the transport document.
The products are temperature-sensitive and their conformity can no longer be guaranteed once they leave a controlled cold chain. For that reason we do not accept returns of products dispatched correctly and received without objection.
Where a non-conformity is confirmed, we will remedy it by replacing the batch or refunding the amount paid, at our discretion.
8. Buyer obligations
By placing an order, the buyer undertakes to use the products solely for the declared purpose, to comply with the law applicable in its country and with occupational health and safety rules, to maintain the stated storage conditions, and not to resell the products to private individuals.
9. Limitation of liability
Aether Labs is liable for the conformity of the products delivered with the specifications communicated and with the batch documentation.
Aether Labs is not liable for the consequences of using the products outside the research purpose declared by the buyer, for their use by third parties to whom the buyer has transferred them, or for failure to maintain storage conditions after receipt.
10. Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, photographs, graphic elements and the Aether Labs mark — belongs to the company and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
11. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. The version applicable to an order is the one published on the date the order is confirmed. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
12. Governing law
The relationship between the parties is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled amicably where possible, failing which by the courts having jurisdiction at the company's registered office.
